Asset inventory
Every asset with its own record: photo, category, serial, cost, location, assignee. Custom fields by category — buildings, vehicles, equipment, IT, furniture, artwork.
One controlled environment for asset registration, monthly depreciation, GL reconciliation by location, QR-based counting, disposition workflows, and a column-level audit trail. No spreadsheets. No add-ons. No per-asset pricing.
Most finance teams still close fixed assets across a chain of disconnected tools — and lose hours every month doing it.
The fixed-asset cycle reduced to its irreducible steps. Each one is auditable, reversible, and tied to a real user.
Every asset gets its own file: photo, category, serial, cost, location, assignee, custom fields per category.
Field operators scan QR labels on a phone. Mismatches surface as transfer requests for admin approval.
Monthly straight-line runs with catch-up logic, GL reconciliation by location and account, and full history.
Branded reports in PDF, Excel and CSV. Journal-entry export ready to ingest into your ERP of choice.
A purpose-built interface — nothing you will not use, everything you will need.
Every asset with its own record: photo, category, serial, cost, location, assignee. Custom fields by category — buildings, vehicles, equipment, IT, furniture, artwork.
Monthly straight-line runs with scheduled posting, PDF preview, and full history. Period-end closing in one click. Every movement traceable and reversible.
QR-based physical counts from a phone, mobile-first for field operators. Mismatches surface as transfer requests for admin approval.
Reconciliation by period × account × location, with variance reports. The page your auditor asks for first, ready every month.
Disposition workflow with gain/loss calculation. Journal entries exported in a format your ERP — Acumatica, SAP, Oracle — can ingest directly.
Every change to twelve critical tables recorded with user, timestamp, and exact field-level diff. The detail an external auditor expects.
Logo, colors, and dedicated subdomain. Reports for management or auditors carry the customer's brand, not a third party's.
Admin, accountant, and operator roles with location-based access controls. Multi-factor authentication via TOTP supported.
Designed bilingual from day one — English and Spanish out of the box, ready for cross-border operations.
Each customer receives an exclusive Supabase project. Your data never lives in a database shared with other customers. Row-level security enforced at the platform layer, not just the application.
Register every asset across every location without worrying about overage tiers. The price doesn't scale with your operational footprint — it scales with the value you get.
The full month-end fixed-asset cycle in a single environment. No add-ons to license, no spreadsheets to maintain in parallel, no manual reconciliation against the ERP.
Every change recorded with user, timestamp, and the exact field that moved. The detail a Big-Four audit expects — without you assembling it manually the week before fieldwork.

All Customer Data lives in a dedicated Supabase project hosted on AWS in Oregon (us-west-2). Transactional emails are relayed through Resend in Virginia (us-east-1). No data is transferred outside the United States in the normal course of operation.
Yes. On termination for any reason, Customer Data is available for export for thirty days at no additional charge — CSV one file per logical table, plus full SQL with PostgreSQL schema definitions and uploaded files. Your data is yours; we hold no ownership claim.
Fulcrum Assets exports journal entries in a structured format that ingests directly into the major ERPs (Acumatica, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite). Real-time bidirectional sync is custom work, scoped and quoted separately under a Statement of Work.
Not yet. The technical controls a SOC 2 audit would test — multi-factor authentication, row-level security, encryption at rest and in transit, audit logging, breach notification, incident response — are all implemented. The external paper trail is what we have not yet completed. If a customer requires SOC 2 contractually, we plan it together.
Standard onboarding targets three business days from signature: tenant provisioning on day one, locations and categories on day two, asset register import and admin training on day three. Timing depends on how quickly the customer can supply existing inventory data.
Business-hours support Monday through Friday, 9am–6pm Eastern Time, with a one-business-day target first response. Service-level commitments are written into the Master Services Agreement, with service credits if uptime falls short of the published commitment.
Yes. White-label mode replaces the Fulcrum Assets logo and name with the customer's own branding inside the application and on every report. We retain a small "Powered by Fulcrum Systems LLC" attribution in the footer of generated documents.
We walk through dashboard, asset creation, QR counting, depreciation, disposal, GL reconciliation, and reporting — using a realistic dataset, not slides. Tell us a bit about your operation and we'll send a calendar link.
